Retours prolongés:
Les articles achetés en ligne entre le 15 novembre 2019 et le 26 décembre 2019 peuvent être retournés jusqu'au 31 janvier 2020, à condition qu'ils respectent les conditions de retour, disponibles ici.

Fermé pour Noël:
Brompton ferme du 25 décembre au 1 janvier. Toutes les commandes passées pendant cette période seront expédiées à partir du 2 janvier 2020.

We only ship to the following locations: UK, Netherlands, France, Spain (Mainland only), Singapore, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and Luxembourg. For all other territories, please contact your local dealer.

Orders for the mainland UK will be processed within 3 working days. Orders for the Republic of Ireland and mainland Europe will follow the same logic but will take longer to arrive.

Our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or UPS. By entering your email or phone number as part of the checkout process we will add these to the tracking information supplied by these services.

Orders over £20 are shipped using a tracked service. Orders under £20 are sent via 2nd Class post.

Orders are delivered free of charge to all European shipping addresses (provided we ship to that country).

Please note that we are closed over the weekends and on Bank Holidays.
